With some of the coolest technology in the game the 2012 Louisville Slugger Exogrid 2 is here in a big way. Made of Louisville Slugger’s Scandium alloy the Exogrid has diamond shaped holes cut into the handle that have been re-enforced with super light and strong carbon composite filler. The stiffness added to the handle by the carbon inserts are complimented by a carbon sleeve found welded to the inside of the handle. These features give maximum flex to the barrel creating a nice trampoline effect for transferring energy to the ball. The two independent power discs in the barrel add longevity to the bat while insuring the bat meets all BBCOR standards. Louisville Slugger is Legendary in the baseball world and the 2012 Exogrid 2 BBCOR is one of there best bats ever! The 2012 Exogrid 2 BBCOR is approved for high school and college play.
